Conversion PDF Print E-mail
The Bible teaches a rational plan of salvation.  The scriptures do not teach us to look for lights, signs, listen for strange voices, or expect to be picked up bodily.  A man who hears the gospel, believes on Christ, repents of his sins, confesses Christ, and is baptized into Christ is a Christian.  He has met Christ where Christ promised to meet him.  Then, he must continue faithful unto death, and he will receive the crown of life.

People of the Book PDF Print E-mail
We seek to be a church that follows the Bible for every rule of faith.  Anything we practice is to be in agreement with the scripture.  If the Bible specifically says to do something, we do it; if it says not to do something, we do not do it.  Where the Bible says nothing, we remain silent and allow for the freedom of opinion.

Unity PDF Print E-mail

Jesus wanted unity to exist among all believers; however, such unity cannot be reached unless all religious groups set aside their human traditions and creeds.  They must accept scripture as the sole authority for the church, and until this happens there can be no unity.  The reason for our church's existence is not to add yet another demonination to the hundreds already in existence.  We aim to serve as an example to anyone who would want to be simply a Christian.

Christ Prayed for Unity...

20  I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word.

21  that they all may be one, as You , Father, are in Me, and I in You;  that they also may be one in Us that the world may believe that You sent Me.

John 17:20,21 NKJV

The Bible is Against Division...

10  Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

11  For it has been declared to me concerning you, my brethern, by those of Chole's household, that there are contentions among you.

12  Now I say this, that each of you says, "I am of Paul," or "I am of Apollos," or "I am of Cephas," or "I am of Christ."

13  Is Christ divided?  Was Paul crucified for you?  Or were you baptized in the name of Paul?

1 Corinthians 1:10-13
