1. It demonstrates the enormity of our sin. Isaiah 53:4-6 2 Cor 5:21
2. It demonstrates the enormity of Christ's love. Romans 5:6-8 Galations 2:20
Conclusion: Christ on the cross draws all people to Him. We must believe in Christ, repent of sins, and be baptized into the death of Christ (Romans 6:3) and in baptism crucify the old person (Romans 6:4-6)
